Most dental practices work with insurance every day — but few truly understand how it works.
With more than 20 years of experience inside the dental insurance industry, I help dentists and their teams navigate insurance with clarity, strategy, and confidence.
I began my career with Guardian Dental Insurance, where I gained valuable insight into how dental insurance truly works from the inside. What I quickly realized, however, was that many providers and dental office teams were left trying to navigate complex insurance concerns without clear guidance or support.
I became passionate about helping dental teams understand the how, what, and why of insurance. When offices truly understand the process, they can make better decisions, operate more efficiently, and maximize the value of the care they provide.
That passion led me to join the Dental Cooperative, where I had the opportunity to work directly with dental offices. Through this hands-on experience, I gained an even deeper understanding of the challenges practices face every day and how limited the resources are for offices trying to manage insurance effectively.
Seeing this ongoing need inspired me to create G•O•O•D•S— a company dedicated to helping dental providers and their teams better understand dental insurance, optimize their fees, and build stronger, more organized practices.
Because when dental teams understand insurance, they regain control of their practice.
In my free time, I enjoy traveling the world with my wonderful husband, camping and riding ATVs with our adventurous friends in the beautiful Idaho woods, attending concerts with my girlfriends, and spending time with family and friends. As a devoted mom of four, my greatest joy is being Nana to my five amazing grandchildren.
